You purchased a laser printer, you are satisfied with its
work and you wish it never goes out of order. But you think
that is impossible.
If you bring your printer to our largest independent service
center in the Balkans you will see it is possible. The first
preventive service will make you believe the same as thousands
of others before you, and you will realize why we bear the
proud title "YOUR PRINTERS BEST FRIEND".
In Perihard's service center, opened in 1993, over 2500 printers
are repaired and remanufactured annually, and in 2008 we expect
the figure of more then 3500 serviced devices.
We work according to original service documents, we use only
original spare parts, in compliance with our commitment to
the highest quality, and our staff were trained in several
courses abroad and obtained HP Certificates. The Service center
is in possession of all necessary analytical equipment for
malfunction detection.
In the storage we always have enough spare parts even for
the most complicated malfunctions on any HP, LEXMARK, SAMSUNG
or CANON laser printer, of any production year, series or
revision.
To our clients, in order not to stop with their work, we give
our printer free of charge for the time of repair of their
laser printer.
We reply to a service call during the same working day in
most cases, and for high priority clients we reply within
two hours. Our service staff is available 24 hours a day,
365 days year round. Time needed for repair is only 48 hours.
Our servicing activity offers toner cartridges and also collects
and handles hazardous waste within a unique innovative package
"print management", which enables our client to
save their money, time and human resources.
Servicing activity is not limited to Belgrade, we operate
in entire Serbia.
